As part of the call logging process, as well as confirming the make, model and serial number of the cabinet, to validate the warranty, the customer will be asked to answer a few simple operational questions by our Trained Service Agents which may enable us to reduce downtime by solving the problem over the telephone. Our Agents are always available to also offer general advice on cabinet maintenance and upkeep, both in and out of the warranty period.
For Peace of Mind for a nominal cost you can extend your initial warranty for a further two years. This can be purchased at the time of placing your order. For further details please refer to our current cabinet brochures or contact us on any of the above options.
To support our products after the warranty period has run out, we hold good stocks of key functional spare parts, which are available at competitive rates and normally on an overnight basis Monday - Friday.
Light tubes for the Maxivision II range of freezers are available from ourselves in packs of 3. The two numbers at the start of the serial number on the plate on the reverse of the freezer is used to ensure you order the correct tubes for it:
