Total Refrigeration Ltd, one of the UKs leading suppliers of refrigeration products and fully owned by Unilever, supplies refrigeration to the retailing and restaurant sectors. We seek an experienced Refrigeration Technical Manager to support the Aftersales side of the business embracing warranty issues, troubleshooting via external contractors and the development of training programmes on our products. The role will involve field visits to key customers, preventative maintenance visits, liaison with the Aftersales Manager and equipment suppliers (EU and China) and the provision of a first rate service to our customers whilst working towards zero product faults.

To meet this challenge you will have a proven track record in electrical / electronics, commercial refrigeration and possess proven qualifications and experience in the field. Being IT literate you must have a talent for resolving technical problems, ability to liaise with customers and have excellent team leadership with the ability for preparing and delivering training internally and externally on the use of refrigeration products and their best practice.
